Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

By purchasing pre-launch access, you agree to comply with the policies outlined below. If you do not agree with these terms, you should refrain from purchasing or using pre-launch AI agents from the Platform.

Prices are displayed in USD ($) by default. However, depending on your location, currency conversion options may be available.

Users are responsible for any currency conversion fees, transaction fees, or additional charges applied by their bank or payment provider.

By completing a purchase, you authorize the Platform to charge the specified amount to your selected payment method.

If payment is unsuccessful due to insufficient funds, bank rejection, or incorrect payment details, access to the AI agent will not be granted until a successful transaction is completed.

Users may request a refund under the following conditions:

5. The AI agent does not meet subjective expectations (e.g., preference-based dissatisfaction).

All refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and the final decision rests with the Platform.

Cancellation by the User
‍Users may choose to cancel their pre-launch access at any time. However, unless refund eligibility criteria are met, no refunds will be issued.

If modifications are made to an AI agent but do not eliminate its core functionalities, no refunds will be issued.
